Student Union!

With the new year coming in, the applications for student union have opened, providing an opportunity for fellow Year 12’s for influential positions, filling the Year 13’s shoes. But what is the Student Union, why is it such a big deal in our college, and why should it be a big deal to you?

Student union is a committee run by students, consisting of multiple different roles that stretch from roles of leadership to marketing, that help bring communities together, and promote the King Ed’s values in an accessible and exciting manner! Through means of collaborative work and effective communications between other peers and affiliations in King Ed’s, it also allows for students to explore and make the most out of their college experience. Through Student Union- ran events, competitions, seasonal celebrations, and embracing cultural diversity, there’s plenty to keep you occupied by means of kinship and strengthening friendships inside and outside of college times.
